Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. How long we retain personal data
Nomads of Taste does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following categories of personal data:
Quote requests without follow-up: 12 months
Newsletter subscriptions: until unsubscription
Cookies and analytics data: as stated in the cookie table
Job applications: 4 weeks after completion of the procedure, with consent up to a maximum of 1 year
Sharing personal data with third parties
Nomads of Taste does not sell your data to third parties and will only share it if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Nomads of Taste remains responsible for these processing activities.

Accessing, modifying or deleting your data

This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.
You can send a request to access, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@nomadsoftaste.nl. To ensure the request is made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks of your request.

How we protect personal data
Nomads of Taste takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
